Shepherd works with a small number of organisations at a time. Engagements start with a conversation, prove themselves in a four-week pilot, and grow quarter by quarter — never faster than trust allows.

    Discovery call

    30 minutes

    We listen. You describe the people-shape of the team — what's heavy right now, what's been tried, what success would feel like in 90 days.

  2. 02

    Pilot

    Four weeks · up to 50 employees

    Shepherd is invited into a single team or department. We hand over the HR dashboard, baseline pulse, and a weekly read of what's surfacing — anonymised, never per-person.

  3. 03

    Measured rollout

    Quarter by quarter

    If the pilot earned its seat, we expand carefully — by department, by office, by need. Pricing is set after the pilot, scoped to your team and your goals.

  • Public price cards we haven't earned
