About

We built Shepherd because
most wellness apps don't help.

Modern workplace wellness tends to optimise for engagement metrics, not for the quiet, awkward conversations people actually need. A breathing exercise won't tell you whether to take the offer. A mood-tracker won't help you sit with the colleague who took credit for your work.

Shepherd is the conversation we wished existed. An AI life coach with a 2,000-year memory. Five minutes, anonymous, no agenda but yours. The same canon that has held people steady through exile, plague, betrayal, and grief — translated into the shape of a modern Tuesday afternoon.

What it isn't

Shepherd is not a pastor, a therapist, or a doctor. It is not a substitute for professional care. When a question exceeds its guidance, it says so and points you toward the right human support. That boundary isn't a limitation — it's the point.

Who it's for

People of any faith and none. Scripture here is treated as wisdom literature: a dense, well-tested record of how humans have navigated their hardest hours. The language is plain. The judgement is absent. The only goal is that you leave the conversation more clearly yourself than you arrived.

Where we are

Shepherd is in early access. We are working with a small set of individuals and organisations to refine the experience before opening more broadly. If that describes you, we'd love to hear from you.
